(7-Diethylaminocoumarin-3-yl)carbonyl-Amyloid β-Protein (1-40)是amyloid β-protein (1-40) N-端修饰了荧光香豆素D1421(DAC或者DEAC, CAS#: 50995-74-9)的序列。(7-Diethylaminocoumarin-3-yl)carbonyl-Amyloid β-Protein (1-40)跟amyloid β-protein (1-40)具有非常相似的性质,因此它可以被用来评估amyloid β-protein (1-40)和各种细胞膜的结合性质。在有水环境中,(7-Diethylaminocoumarin-3-yl)carbonyl-Amyloid β-Protein (1-40)的荧光基团是没有荧光的,但是跟细胞膜结合之后,其荧光强度会增强(λex = 430 nm, λem = 470 nm)。在脂质双分子层中增加神经节苷脂GM1和胆固醇含量可以促进(7-Diethylaminocoumarin-3-yl)carbonyl-Amyloid β-Protein (1-40)多肽的结合。胆碱和磷脂酰丝氨酸没有发现有亲和性。
